Music Ministry

Worshiping God through praise is an important element of a successful and triumphant Christian life. Leading and encouraging others to do the same, corporately and privately, is what the Music Ministry is about.

Our music style is a blend of traditional, contemporary and West African styles, incorporating acoustic instruments and percussion as well as electronic instruments. We sing timeless hymns and contemporary praise songs.

Praise the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in his mighty heavens. Praise him for his acts of power; praise him for his surprising greatness. Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet, praise him with the harp and lyre, praise him with tambourine and dancing, praise him with the strings and flute, praise him with the clash of cymbals, praise him with resounding cymbals. Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Praise the LORD.

Psalm 150

Mission

Our mission is to lead the congregation in true personal and corporate worship under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, incorporating the message of the gospel for the purpose of evangelism, bringing glory to God and drawing people closer to Him through our worship services.

Vision

Our vision for the Music Ministry is to maintain a musical program of excellence that includes singers and musicians, choirs for special performances, dramas, and live recordings of praise/worship.
