History:

In November 2002, by God’s leading, WMCF purchased a property in the city of Athens in Los Angeles. And by mid December the same year, we moved in an started worshipping in the Children’s department. We also started a re-construction and renovation, aimed at turning the property into a multi purpose facility. The facility currently consists of a Sanctuary, a Multipurpose Hall/Children’s Department, a Pastor’s Office, a Conference Room, a General purpose Office for Ministers, a kitchen, several Restrooms and a Parking Lot. The purchase and movement to our own property afforded the Church the needed environment for worship, evangelism and growth both spiritually and in membership.

New Vision:

Since our relocation the church has experienced both spiritual and numerical growth. As the church continues to grow, the Church Board has been led to look for a location which will be suitable for the needs of the church and for outreach to needy souls. This church building project is to raise the funds required to purchase a new place.

Fundraising:

The church building committee has launched a fundraising drive via special donation envelopes, online donations and fundraising auctions. Please contact the building committee to participate in this effort “To Build God A House”. A Bank account had been opened with Union Bank of California in May 1999. The Church is also registered as a non-profit Organization (501c) so your donations are tax deductible.
